Terms, Refunds, and Cancellation
This page summarizes the terms of the IMPACT Consulting Mentorship Agreement in plain language. Every client signs that agreement before enrolling, and it is the document that governs the relationship. Where this summary and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

What we provide
IMPACT Growth, operated by Braden McCann, provides a six-month 1:1 consulting and mentorship program for coaches and health practitioners. It includes weekly 1:1 strategy calls, a full business audit and execution plan, an offer rebuild, Instagram and content systems, a DM and sales system, fulfillment and automation systems, hiring templates, a private Notion workspace, direct chat access between calls, and lifetime access to IMPACT systems, scripts, and frameworks.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old. We may verify a client's identity at any time. If you are part of or affiliated with a competing coaching or consulting business, you need our written approval before enrolling.
Enrollment and payment
Program pricing and the payment schedule are agreed in writing before enrollment and set out in each client's signed agreement. Some plans include a milestone payment tied to new revenue the client generates after starting; milestone payments are due within seven days of the milestone being reached. Failure to pay an installment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refund policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not issued except in the event of one of the following failures on our side:
We fail to respond to your messages for more than 72 hours, on repeated occasions; or
We miss three scheduled calls without offering to reschedule.

Cancellation
You may cancel your enrollment at any time by sending written notice to brady@consultimpact.com. Cancellation takes effect on the date we confirm receipt.
IMPACT Growth is a fixed six-month program, with coaching, systems, and resources provisioned for you from the outset. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the refund policy above. Amounts already paid remain non-refundable, and any installment or milestone payment that has already come due remains payable in full.
On cancellation, weekly 1:1 calls and direct chat access end. Lifetime access to the systems, scripts, and frameworks already delivered continues. If you need a break rather than an exit, you can request a pause instead, granted at our discretion.
Program access
Weekly 1:1 calls run for six months from your start date, extended where the investment guarantee applies. Access to IMPACT systems, scripts, and frameworks is lifetime. Extensions or renewals beyond the guarantee period require a new agreement.
The investment guarantee
If you have not generated new revenue equal to your cash investment by the end of the six-month term, we continue weekly 1:1 coaching at no additional cost until you do. The guarantee requires full and continuous compliance with the client responsibilities in your agreement, covering completion of training modules, attending calls, meeting the posting cadence, and providing revenue transparency. Non-compliance voids the guarantee.
Billing disputes
If you have a billing concern, raise it with us directly and in writing before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider. We will work with you to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal for an amount properly owed is a material breach of the agreement, voids the investment guarantee, and leaves you responsible for the disputed amount and any related costs.
Intellectual property
All program content, systems, scripts, and frameworks are proprietary and provided for your own use. You may not share program content or login credentials, or teach, distribute, or replicate program materials without our written permission.
